Returns & the Fit Promise

The GRUD Fit Promise

Wear it. Wash it. If the fit isn't right within 30 days of delivery, we'll swap the size or refund you. We pay postage both ways.

• Worn and washed is fine. Send it back clean.
• Swap: we make it in your new size and ship it free.
• Refund: back to your original payment method once it reaches us. Bought a pack? You get back what you paid per tee.
• One Fit Promise claim per customer.
• Covers tees, hoodies, sweats and shorts. Socks are excluded for hygiene.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund it, and we cover the postage.

How to start

Email support@grudclothing.com with your order number and whether you want a swap or a refund. We'll reply with how to send it back. You don't pay postage.

Cancellations

Once your order is in production we can't guarantee a cancellation. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
