Returns & Refunds
At GRUD, we care about one thing: when your order lands, it should feel right — clean, sharp, and exactly what you expected. If something arrives not up to standard, we’ll make it right.
Because our pieces are produced on-demand and handled through our production partner, returns are structured around quality control. That means we focus on issues that genuinely affect the product you receive — like faults, damage, or printing problems — so we can resolve them quickly and fairly.
When a return is approved
If your item arrives with a fault, is damaged, has a printing issue, or you receive the wrong item, you’re covered. These are treated as priority issues and we’ll work with you to sort it as fast as possible.
To keep the process smooth and fair for everyone, returns need to be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in — unworn, unused, and free from stains, makeup marks, odours, or noticeable wear.
If your return is approved, we’ll organise the next step (replacement or refund) depending on the situation and what makes the most sense.
How to start a return
To begin, email info@grudclothing.com with:

The date your order was delivered

A short explanation of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem (and at least one photo of the full item)
Once we review everything, we’ll confirm the outcome and guide you through the next steps.
Quality issues & damages
We recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive. If there’s a problem, contacting us quickly helps us resolve it faster and keeps the process simple.
What we can’t accept
GRUD items are produced on-demand, and that means some return types aren’t supported. In general, we can’t accept returns for:

Change of mind

Sizing choices / wrong size ordered

Items that show wear, have stains, or have been used

Sale items or gift cards (where applicable)
If you’re unsure about sizing, the best move is to check the Size Guide before purchasing — it’s the quickest way to get the fit you want.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it moves into production quickly. Because of this, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
If a cancellation is possible, a cancellation/restocking fee may apply (from $35) to cover handling and supplier return costs.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Most refunds are actioned promptly after approval, however banks and payment providers can take additional time to reflect funds in your account.
