Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of A$99 or more. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Shipping options and cost

Standard and Express shipping are available. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your order, before you pay.

Made to order

Every GRUD piece is made to order through our production partner, so your order goes into production before it ships. Once it ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Full details are in our Refund policy.
